Visit the Orange County Regional History Center in Downtown Orlando and explore the rich history of Central Florida. Interactive exhibits for all ages feature people and events that helped create the region we know today.
Don't miss one of Orlando's most well-known spots - Lake Eola Park in Downtown Orlando. The park is 43-acres with a 23-acre lake at its center, offering swan paddle boats to rent, Gondola rides, a 9/10-mile walking trail, children's play area, café and more.

Spend some time in the Florida sunshine at Harry P. Leu Gardens, a 50-acre botanical wonder featuring lush gardens, a stunning rose collection, magnificent butterfly and herb gardens and the largest camellia collection in North America. In the midst of the gardens is the Leu House Museum, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Experience the thrill of discovery when you visit the Orlando Science Center. You and your family can explore together as you learn about planes, dinosaurs, the solar system, the human body and many other fun educational exhibits. Don’t leave without watching a giant screen film or planetarium show in the 8-story CineDome.
Bring the family on a one-hour cruise through the lakes and canals of Winter Park at The Scenic Boat Tour. This delightful journey will take you back in time offering you a glimpse at private homes and exquisite estates, along with a breath-taking view of sub-tropical flowers, lush ferns and towering cypress trees. This attraction is perfect for families who want an off-the-beaten-path vacation experience.
Evening
For a magical way to end your evening, go to Pinocchio’s Marionette Theater in Winter Park. This professional marionette company performs original versions of children's classic fairy tails and stories for audiences of all ages.
If ballet tickles your fancy, then head to a performance put on by the Orlando Ballet. Central Florida's only fully professional ballet company with 24 national and international dancers under the artistic direction of world-renowned ballet star Fernando Bujones. The company's season runs September through May.
