Option 1: Pelican Point Golf & Country Club
Take a quick drive to Gonzales, LA to Pelican Point Golf & Country Club. Built in 1998 on the site of an old sugarcane plantation, the Links Course features subtle changes of elevation combined with multi-tiered, sloping greens, some guarded by Scottish-style pot bunkers. While the 36 holes will give experienced golfers all they can handle, the multiple sets of tees offered make either course a pleasure for players of all levels.
Option 2: Santa Maria Golf Course & Clubhouse
Play a round at Santa Maria Golf Course & Clubhouse. Designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., the course is built on 150 acres of rolling terrain, featuring 15 lakes and two natural waterways. Sand and grass bunkers, exquisite Bermuda fairways and ancient oaks provide the perfect setting for a memorable test of golf. The 18-hole course measures 6,826 yards in length from the championship tees.
Option 3: The Bluffs Country Club
Nestled among the hardwoods and lush landscape, lies Louisiana's hidden treasure, The Bluffs Country Club. Roughly a 30 minute drive from Baton Rouge, The Bluffs is a master planned community that combines an Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course into an upscale residential neighborhood. The natural beauty of the land takes precedence here with creeks, ponds, bluffs , trails, wildlife, rolling hills, and rich landscapes.

Option 4: The Island
Sweet. How else do you describe a championship course carved out of a sugar plantation? As a matter of fact, sugar cane still grows in the field next to the course. The Island is a par-72 course measures over 7,000 yards from its championship tees and features 54 bunkers. There are nine lakes on this challenging course, as well as Bayou Plaquemine and Bayou Jacob. Of the 18 holes, only one doesn’t bring water into play. Solitude is the name of the game at The Island.
