The deepest lake in America and seventh deepest in the world, Crater Lake is located in Southern Oregon. The lake lies inside a volcanic basin created 7,700 years ago following a large eruption of Mount Mazama. Today, there is no place else on Earth that offers a deep, pure lake, surrounding cliffs, picturesque islands and violent volcanic past making the park’s immeasurable beauty both an outstanding outdoor laboratory classroom but also a popular visitors attraction.

Mt. Hood & Columbia River Gorge
Looking down on quaint riverfront towns, countless waterfalls and exhilarating windsurfing waters, this often-photographed attraction is home to four ski areas, including historic Timberline Lodge, offering North America’s longest ski season and Mt. Hood Ski Bowl, which offers the country’s largest night skiing area. Run-off from Mt.
