If you desire to research and/or book travel through World Choice Travel you will be linked to a DiscoverAmerica.com-branded Web site that is hosted and operated independently by World Choice Travel. We have also created a directory of travel agent and/or tour operator listings with contact information and links to their websites. Additionally, our site includes advertisements and special offers, deals and packages for travel to the US. Any transaction that you enter into with any linked Web site, or other third party via or as a result of viewing our Web site is solely between yourself and such linked site or other third party. By using this Web site, you understand and agree that Discover America LLC has no responsibility for such transactions. You further agree that you will hold Discover America LLC harmless and not liable, and release Discover America from any and all suits and/or claims, should you have any dispute over or problem with any such transaction.

9. If you are a travel agent, tour operator or other travel related organization or authorized representative thereof and are participating in DiscoverAmerica.com’s Travel Specialist Program, the following apply:

In addition, because DiscoverAmerica.com has no control over your organization’s site and resources, you acknowledge and agree that DiscoverAmerica.com is not responsible for the availability of your site or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from your site or resources.
