Exciting Entertainment and Nightlife Extend the Fun

Beyond OC’s world-class attractions, OC’s entertainment options and tempting nightlife keep the excitement going into the warm nights. From family-friendly locations and top bands in performance to activities just for adults, Orange County’s evening fun is a reason to stay up all night, or at least push back bedtime.

Live Entertainment

Orange County’s premier entertainment venues host today’s top performers. The Honda Center is one of the most popular concert arenas in the world showcasing a variety of acts, such as B.B. King, Kenny Chesney, Madonna, Prince, and U2. Located in the Downtown Disney® District, House of Blues Anaheim is one of the OC’s hottest concert venues for alternative music, classic blues performers and an eclectic mix of premier entertainers playing nearly every night. The Grove of Anaheim is an intimate venue that brings headliners up-close, as every seat is less than 80 feet from the stage. Audiences flock to America’s original comedy theater – the Improv Comedy Club, presenting live stand-up acts from the world’s most famous comedians in Brea.

OC After Dark

When the sun goes down, Orange County’s nightlife hot spots heat things up. From lively downtown districts and popular local pubs to stylish lounges and exciting dance clubs, such as Club Vegas, Silk, Sutra Lounge, Tentation Ultra Lounge and V2O, there are a variety of options for fun after dark.

The beach cities of Dana Point, Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach and Newport Beach offer lines of local haunts, from laidback to high-class. Some of the coolest nightlife along the coast is hidden inside the eleven luxury resorts. Costa Mesa, Fullerton and Irvine boast an array of nightlife, from popular dance clubs and rockin’ sushi bars to smooth martini lounges and jazzy settings, and Santa Ana features trendy locales fashioned in unusual venues.

Family Fun

In the evenings, the whole family can join in the fun at several entertainment centers. Buena Park is known for its exciting dinner theaters, including Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament and Pirates Dinner Adventure. The Concourse Entertainment Center is OC’s largest and newly renovated bowling and entertainment center.

Downtown Disney® District, is a vibrant esplanade in the center of the Disneyland® Resort, featuring a variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues, including ESPN Sports Zone. The Block at Orange, located near The Anaheim Resort™ district, is an open-air shopping, dining and entertainment experience with upscale bowling at Lucky Strike Lanes, billiards and state-of-the-art video games in the Million-Dollar Midway at Dave & Buster’s, and a 30-screen AMC Theatre. The Irvine Spectrum Center has a variety of dining options, movie theaters including an IMAX screen, a Ferris wheel, a carousel and a winter ice-skating rink.
