Admission to climb the lighthouse is $7.00, eight years of age or older, younger children are admitted free.

Friday - Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. | Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. in season
Introduction
First lit in 1875, the lighthouse is a striking red brick building 158’ high. One of the few lighthouses that has kept its original Fresnel lens, the light continues to flash today. Children 12 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. The Lighthouse is a part of Currituck Heritage Park.
